Location : Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid, 2 days from the office)

As a Solutions Architect - ServiceNow, you will play a key role in staying at the forefront of innovative technologies and delivering solutions quickly and effectively. Your choices will directly shape the value and impact of the company’s IT capabilities, contributing to the overall success of the business. Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement architecture solutions for ServiceNow initiatives (CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, Risk, etc.).
  • Evaluate existing architectures for effectiveness and compliance; recommend improvement strategies.
  • Analyze current implementations and propose corrective action plans with integrators.
  • Deploy purchased modules and transition SNOW CMDB to CSDM 3.0.
  • Develop interconnected digital workflows across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Contribute to the establishment of IT asset management practices and governance.
  • Assess and suggest methods to maintain the CMDB's currency.
  • Define and suggest solutions to business challenges while considering constraints and goals.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and IT standards.
  • Produce and present architecture artifacts to the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
  • Identify and address risks / issues in technology solutions and designs.
  • Lead RFP technical requirements and evaluate vendor responses.
  • Assist with the implementation of approved architectures, offering technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Explore relevant technologies, conduct Proof of Concepts, and recommend future solutions.
  • Serve as Architecture Owner for critical ServiceNow projects.
  • Generate architecture artifacts, including blueprints and integration diagrams.

Education and certifications :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering or any other related field.

Required Skills :

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules (CMDB, HAM, SAM) and CSDM.
  • Proficiency in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., SSO, SAML, REST, LDAP).
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum / Kanban, DevOps, and CI / CD processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in evaluating and deploying technology products.
  • Capacity to recommend and justify alternative solutions.
