Join our team of Cybersecurity Product Managers where your knowledge and passion for creating and managing cyber security products make you the undeniable force we are seeking!
What you'll do
As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the market success of TELUS Cybersecurity by monitoring trends in the cyber security services market, capturing the voice of our customers and developing compelling offerings for our customers. This includes :
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, sales, and marketing, to drive the product strategy and roadmaps for new and existing services
- Conducting research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for product innovation
- Monitoring product performance and KPIs, analyze data to make informed decisions and iterate on product features based on feedback
- Partnering with the Marketing and Commercialization teams to develop pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, sales training and marketing collateral to promote Cybersecurity services
- Developing a deep understanding of emerging global Cybersecurity trends and technologies by leveraging competitive landscape research, gathering voice of the customer data and analyzing market reports to create winning business cases
- Taking a lead role in cross-functional teams to translate new product ideas and strategies into successful offerings and business opportunities for our customers
