About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through strategic outreach. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven approach to accelerate pipeline growth. Responsible For Lead Generation & Prospecting Work with our ABM Partners to engage potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research target accounts and key decision-makers to create personalized outreach strategies. Utilize CRM and sales engagement platforms to manage lead lists and track interactions. Personalized Outreach & Relationship Building Craft tailored messaging that resonates with prospects and drives engagement. Build rapport with potential customers by understanding their pain points and business needs. Leverage multiple communication channels to create meaningful connections. Booking Meetings & Driving Pipeline Growth Set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives (AEs) to advance sales opportunities. Use a consultative approach to educate prospects on our solutions and value propositions. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting quotas. Critical Thinking & Sense of Urgency Quickly assess and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria. Adapt strategies in real-time based on prospect responses and engagement levels. Demonstrate urgency in follow-ups and lead nurturing to accelerate the sales cycle. Outbound Specialist & Database Management Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of lead interactions. Maintain a well-organized pipeline and prioritize outreach efforts for maximum efficiency. Monitor key sales metrics and report on outreach effectiveness. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and lead conversion. Participate in sales training, coaching, and feedback sessions to refine skills. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to improve outreach strategies. About You 3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound sales role (or a strong desire to grow in sales). Proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects, and schedule meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach. Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and tailor messaging for different audiences. Highly organized with experience managing a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar). Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Background in SaaS, tech sales, or B2B sales is a plus.
