Job description

Job Description

  • Provide Technical and operational support to the production group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%
  • Flexibility to operate and maintain Molding equipment but not limited to :   Forklift, preform machines, Husky Closure machines, and Regrind machine.
  • Respond to and correct operational issues including elementary maintenance and adjustment.
  • Escalate issues beyond elementary repair capabilities and assist reliability technicians as required to effect repairs and maintenance.
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
  • Executes administrative responsibilities.
  • Resin movement and resin consumption physically in the barcode system.
  • Daily monitoring of hoppers system.
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager or Team Leaders

Qualifications

Form 6 pass with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a related field.

Valid Group 9 Driving License

Preferred

Knowledge in injection molding process

Strong communication and written skills
