Maintenance

Maintenance is responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance on tools, machines / equipment and plant facilities including inspections and keeping records up to date.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITY :

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on tools, machines / equipment, and plant facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Diagnose problems as they arise, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Report faulty operations, defective tools / equipment and / or unusual situations to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment parts & supplies inventories. Check stock; determine inventory levels, anticipating needed parts & supplies.
• Record repairs on work orders for all completed repairs
• Opening & closing of facilities
• Pick ups / deliveries, local & otherwise
• Clean-up & organization of Maintenance room
• Follow all workplace safety policies, and compliance regulations.
