The Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate team in our Bedford Row office in central London.
You will assist the department with general administrative support.
The tasks include but are not limited to :
Document Production
- To copy, scan, print and finish documents.
- To produce accurate typed documents in accordance with the Firm’s style and standards from a variety of sources.
- To produce routine reports and letters.
- To assemble and / or check electronic or printed documents including accurate proof reading.
- To deal with routine Land Registry requisitions and correspondence.
Record keeping
File opening and closing
Financial support
Internal administration
Technical skills and expertise
