Job Title : Service Supervisor - Professional & Audio

Division : Service

Location : Baie-d’Urfé

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30-17 : 30

What you will do :

We are currently seeking a formidable candidate to join our Service team as a Service Professional & Audio Supervisor who will perform the following tasks.

Responsibilities :

Supervise Pro and Audio department technicians and activities
Electronics troubleshooting and repair
Work to improve RMA’s open-close lead-time
Monitor and analyze RMA’S aging
Work with purchasers to help define and implement replenishment strategies to optimize the productivity and efficiency
Document Pro and Audio processes and key working procedures
Monitor and maintain balanced workload of the technicians
Overlook cross-training requirements
Provide weekly written reports summarizing the major activities and accomplishments.
Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards

What we are looking for :

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians

Electronics diploma (mandatory)

5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repairing.

Pro-audio equipment knowledge (Mixing Consoles, Wireless, Lighting, Amps etc.) is a strong asset.

Strong leadership qualities, including decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

CSA certification (Strong asset)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills;

Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is mandatory as we do Business across Canada and the US).
