Responsibilities
You will be responsible for promoting sales and managing the interface to the customer. Additionally, you will collaborate with design and purchasing to ensure quotes are delivered in an accurate and timely manner according to customer criteria and ultimately the product is delivered on time according to customer and PADI criteria. Organizationally, you will be responsible for growing sales for specific customer base while improving margin. In this role you will report to the President. This role will require a strong passion for sales and would benefit from both technical hands-on experience as well as a functional grasp of required components in industrial design and production of products. In this role the successful candidate will :
Creates and improves PADI processes that exceed customer orientation around quality and delivery while achieving profitability targets for PADI specifically around customer metrics and in support of PADI financials.
