Job description
A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support various business areas in Canada. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, providing legal advice on compliance and governance, and supporting dispute resolution efforts. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) and be a member of the Ontario bar with over 7 years of experience in corporate law. This position demands strong negotiation and communication skills.
