Sr. Business System Analyst - PeopleSoft
Client : Enterprise Telecom Client
Terms : 6-month contract (with a strong likelihood to extend or convert to permanent position)
Location : 100% Remote
Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications :
- 6 or more years of experience in a relevant IT area (development, QA, PM, Architecture) or 8+ years in general Information Systems.
- Over 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS / HCM modules.
- PeopleSoft Time and Leave & Payroll experience.
- Experience working with a payroll processing organization.
- Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Careers and Succession, Learning Management, and Health Safety and Wellness.
- University degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience in product test planning and execution, requirements analysis, requirements management / documentation, use cases, UML / object modeling.
- Other technical skills as per the team / project focus (e.g. Oracle).
- Business process modelling.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) concepts.
