It consists of two entities : Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP and The Bernardi Centre. The law firm conducts workplace investigations and provides employment law services to both employers and employees.

The centre transforms workplaces through workplace culture assessments, training programs, conflict resolution and one-on-one sensitivity training.

The firm works with a broad range of organizations with a particular focus on the broader public sector including police services, municipalities, healthcare and post-secondary institutions.

The Role

Bernardi is seeking a progressive Chief Operating Officer who will play a vital role in the firm’s ongoing growth. The firm is seeking a leader who can bring a fresh perspective and business-oriented approach to guide it into the future.

Key Responsibilities

This is a newly created role, allowing the successful candidate to shape its responsibilities, which will encompass :

• Strategic Leadership : Execute initiatives to help the firm reach its growth strategy.
• Financial Management : Drive financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Technology and Innovation : Lead the firm’s technology strategy to maximize operational efficiency.
• Performance Targets : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data driven insights to monitor progress and make informed decisions.

• Proven track record in finance and operations leadership within a professional services setting.
• Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and optimizing performance.
