Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy

Company Introduction

T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada's largest Asian supermarket chain with 36 stores across the country : 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 13 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company's continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.

The role :

Reporting into the Chief of Staff, this role is responsible for supporting the CEO Office in its business management and strategic initiatives. This position will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing information to inform strategic decision making, improve operation efficiency, and drive business growth. By supporting the operations and activities undertaken by the CEO office, this role will ensure the effective delivery of overall business goals.

The Analyst is a highly analytical problem-solver with advanced communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Possessing a strong sense of ownership, the Business Analyst is comfortable multi-tasking, working in ambiguity, and under tight deadlines to drive initiatives forward.

Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following) :

CEO Office Management

• Manage weekly and monthly team meetings, including the development of agenda and materials in conjunction with business leaders
• Support annual corporate activities such as annual strategic planning and offsite
• Support the Chief of Staff in creating critical communications and correspondence
