Position : Office Manager (Including Reception Duties) Location : Downtown Toronto, Ontario (4 days on site, 1 day from home Fridays) Company Overview : We are actively recruiting for a dynamic and growing professional services company located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our client's team. Responsibilities : - Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. - Coordinate administrative activities, such as scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving issues as needed. - Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in an office management role, including reception duties. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
