Responsibilities

Develop Custom Solutions : Design and build custom applications, workflows, and automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet specific business needs and enhance productivity.

Integrate Systems and Data : Ensure seamless integration between Power Platform solutions and other enterprise systems (e.

g., Dynamics 365, Office 365, third-party applications) and manage data flows to maintain data integrity and consistency.

Maintain and Optimize Solutions : Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

This includes updating solutions in response to new business requirements and software updates.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience developing with Power Apps / Platform
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.
