Our client, a boutique firm in the tri-cities area, is seeking a full-time Family Lawyer to join its growing family law practice. This position offers a mix of stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a long-term family law practice within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing caseload of family law files with autonomy
• Provide strategic legal advice across a wide range of family matters
• Draft pleadings, agreements, and other required family law documents
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy
• Represent clients confidently in court, including chambers appearances
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution processes
• Collaborate with a supportive team of lawyers, paralegals, and support staff
• Contribute to file growth through strong client service and personal practice development
