What You’ll Do – Make Every Shift Count
Lead and inspire your team on the production floor, setting the pace for success.Ensure production goals, KPIs, and timelines are met—safely, efficiently, and with quality at the forefront.Champion a culture of health & safety, food safety, and cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with OHSA, JHSC, and company policies.Support team development through coaching, performance reviews, and—when necessary—progressive discipline.Investigate incidents, participate in WSIB case management, and support safe and timely return-to-work programs.Monitor and optimize workflow to reduce downtime, minimize waste, and hit daily production targets.Work collaboratively with Sanitation and Maintenance to ensure clean, compliant, and operational lines.Communicate clearly across departments—Production, QA, HR, Logistics—to ensure alignment and execution.Take part in continuous improvement initiatives—bring your ideas to the table and help us raise the bar.Use ERP systems and data to monitor output, track metrics, and identify trends.Coordinate schedules, team start / end times and keep operations moving smoothly from shift to shift.Who You Are – Forward-Thinking & Floor-Focused
