Application Specialist - Instrumentation

We are a growing, young, dynamic instrumentation company based in Canada & USA, and we are looking for an Application Specialist - Instrumentation who can support customers in North America and beyond. The person's responsibilities include providing immediate technical and non-technical support, preparing quotes, creating sales and service orders, reviewing tendersand applications, following up, managing customer expectations, and preparing estimates as per the customer's needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, estimates, review applications via phone, Teams and occasional site visits and tenders, review drawings and sales orders.
• Answering emails, phone calls, and coordination with the other departments inside the company.
• Project follow-ups and communicating with manufacturers
• Supporting customer inquires related to technology, applications, training and any task assigned by the team
