JOB OFFEREstimator - Wireless TelecommunicationsFull-timeCompany DescriptionSeguin Morris is a rapidly growing company specializing in various fields, including civil engineering, HVAC systems, telecommunications tower construction, high-voltage equipment installation, and airfield lighting. Our dedicated team of estimators, specialized technicians, craftsmen, and project managers undertakes various electrical and mechanical construction projects. Our portfolio includes projects covering highways, bridges, airports, traffic light systems, underground pipeline networks, HVAC systems, and telecommunications installations across Canada and worldwide. Main Responsibilities :  Analyze plans and specifications for wireless telecommunication projectsPrepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheadCollaborate with project teams to understand specific requirements and constraintsEnsure effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsEvaluate potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate themResearch and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractorsTrack and update cost databases and price catalogsPrepare estimation reports and presentations for clients and stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and design reviewsVisit sites to assess project-specific conditionsMonitor market trends and technological innovations in the wireless telecommunications sectorQualifications :  Bilingual (French and English)Degree in civil engineering, telecommunications, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of professional experience in project estimation within the wireless telecommunications sectorIn-depth knowledge of wireless telecommunications technologies and infrastructureStrong knowledge of the construction marketProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with estimation and project management software such as MS Project (asset)Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and specificationsValid Class 5 driver's licenseProfile and Skills :  Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasksStrong analytical judgment and reasoningExcellent organizational skills and high reliabilityHigh level of autonomy and attention to detailRigor and professionalismDiscretion and confidentialityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNegotiation skills, initiative, and proactivityGood stress managementTeamwork, flexibility, and adaptabilityWorking Conditions :  Full-time positionOption to work at the Montreal or Gatineau officePossibility of remote workOccasional travel to visit project sitesBenefits :  Group insuranceRRSP programVarious training opportunities offered and paid for by the employerPlease note that only selected candidates will be contacted.
