Business Analyst
Duration : 6 months Contract with possibility of extension
Location : Scarborough, On hybrid - 1-2 days / per week in the office
Schedule hours : 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday (No OT)
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :
- 8+ years - Experience as a BA driving end to end project delivery with a focus on data analytics, business and IT stakeholder management, and process improvement
- 3+ years - Experience in developing and producing KPI, KRI
- 3+ years - Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills
- 5+ years of SWIFT payment
- 5+ years of MS Visio, JIRA, Process mapping
- 5+ years of Agile
Nice-To-Have Skills :
- ISO20022 knowledge
- MT to MX mapping
- 3+ years of Rest and SOAP API testing
- Knowledge of GTX, BESS, FTM.
- Previous experience working in FI
- Buyer experience will be an asset
- Previous experience in project management, tracking project progression
- Previous experience working with payments
- Previous experience with Confluence and JIRA

- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different organizational levels.
- Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication and provide organizational support to achieve business objectives.
