Associate Account Coordinator (Ecommerce)

We are looking for a full time, extremely passionate, and customer centric Associate Account Coordinator to join our Ecommerce division.

This is an entry level position with a great opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for managing our customer’s online portals, coordinating all order related inquiries and work cross functionally with our operations team to ensure customer metrics are met.

The ideal candidate will have very strong administrative skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills. We are looking for someone who doesn’t settle for the status quo or doing things because they’ve always been done that way .

As the Associate Account Coordinator you will :

  • Work directly with the Ecom Account Manager and Senior Account Coordinator.
  • Coordinate all order related inquiries for your dedicated retailers.
  • Directly interact with retailers and support the daily maintenance of their web portals.
  • Investigate order discrepancies issues.
  • Support our Order Fulfillment team on order verification, cancellations, or other related inquiries.
  • Support our retailers by providing order status updates, answering phone calls and e-mails.
  • Responsible for uploading customer pricing in our internal system.
  • Support our IT, Operations and Finance team on order related issues.
  • Redirect customer product inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Eager to learn and develop skills in a dynamic business environment with long-term career growth potential.

Requirements :

  • Confidence to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, under tight timelines.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field strongly desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing online portals or CRM’s. Selling on 3

party platforms is also a great asset.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Great organizational skills : being able to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
  • Very meticulous and detail oriented.
  • The ability to work quickly and to agreed weekly targets and deadlines.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Candidates with experience in eCommerce marketplaces will be favored.
