As a Program Management Associate , you’ll play a central role in driving value for our clients while promoting long-term retention and loyalty. You will partner closely with clients to align on their goals, provide in-depth research, and deliver a white-glove customer experience at every step.

You’ll identify and execute the best interview recruitment strategies to keep programs on track, educate clients on win-loss and churn analysis best practices, and ensure their research programs are set up for success.

By tracking program health, implementing strategies to optimize outcomes, and supporting client adoption, you’ll make a direct impact on both client satisfaction and the overall success of the business, all while developing your skills in program management, customer relations, and strategic problem-solving.

Data Preparation & Analyst Support : Prepare and organize opportunity and interview data for analyst review, ensuring inputs are clean, structured, and ready for insight generation.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and use of AI-driven tools to move faster, reduce friction, and scale research operations efficiently.

What Success Looks Like

We want you to love the role you are in and believe these skills and experiences will help you to be successful! You’ll know you’re successful when :

Programs run on time and without friction. Win-loss and churn programs are executed smoothly end-to-end, with milestones met, stakeholders aligned, and minimal oversight required.

Clients and teams trust you. Clients feel supported and informed, and internal teams rely on you as the go‑to operator who keeps everything moving.
