Senior Logistics Coordinator

Based out of the Lower Mainland area, we are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize end-to-end international import and export operations. This role oversees documentation, compliance, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and on-time delivery across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all import / export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (BOL, COO, invoices, packing lists, certificates).
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain real‑time logistics visibility.
• Optimize transportation costs and negotiate freight rates.
• Monitor compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting.

Requirements

Salary 70-75,000 range.
