Role Overview : As a District Manager for Major Accounts at ADP, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by introducing our cutting-edge cloud-based HR solutions to large prospects within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities :

  • Exceeding revenue and product goals within assigned accounts
  • Creating and executing business plans to boost revenue
  • Identifying new client opportunities through various channels
  • Utilizing CRM tools and market insights to expand market share
  • Enhancing product knowledge and understanding the competitive landscape

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and engaging C-Suite clients
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and industry expertise
  • Team player with strong leadership capabilities
