We are recruiting for a Quality & Innovations Student to provide administrative support to the Quality and Innovation Department and Receptionist duties within Empower Simcoe.  This is a full-time position starting as soon as April 20, 2026, for approximately 4-5 months. This position works up to 37.5 hours biweekly with an hourly rate of pay of $21.43. Please note that this position is contingent upon funding approval through the Federal Government Canada Summer Jobs program.

Minimum requirements of these positions include :

• Completion of secondary school and enrolled in a post-secondary education in Office Administration or an acceptable equivalent diploma / degree program as determined by the employer.
• Work related experience is an asset
• Demonstrated skills in building relationships, problem solving and decision making, self-awareness, championing change and innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Knowledge and Intermediate skills with computer operations and software applications.
• Current valid driver's licence and own reliable transportation to be used in the course of employment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Result driven with proven research abilities.
