Overview
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team of specialist physicians in gynecology, obstetrics, and rheumatology. Our goal is to provide excellence in patient care through teamwork, empathy, integrity, and accountability. The receptionist plays a key role in ensuring safe, organized, and compassionate service for all patients
Duties
- Greet patients with professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow
- Book new patient referrals
- Efficient document & data management - filing and sending faxes, scans, patient forms and results etc
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
- Support colleagues and maintain clear communication between all front desk positions
- Prioritize urgent or time-sensitive MOA tasks daily
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills in a healthcare environment preferredExcellent communication skills with professional phone etiquetteStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced settingAbility to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentialityDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing prioritiesMedical EMR experience considered an assetJob Types : Full‑time, Permanent
Pay : $19.00‑$21.00 per hour
Expected hours : 39 per week
