About theRole :
As the Outside SalesRepresentative Events you will play a pivotal role in orchestratingthe success of various fundraising events aimed at supportingchildrens charities.
These events are instrumental in raising vitalfunds for our charitable initiatives making this role bothimpactful andrewarding.
Responsibilities :
Build manage and leverage relationships to drive businessdevelopment opportunities.
Demonstrate aproactive approach in meeting and exceeding sales targets byactively prospecting new teams sponsors participants andsupporters.
Increase team and participantnumbers while supporting the ongoing development of existingsupporters.
Liaise with various stakeholdersincluding corporate partners and internal teams to ensure thefinancial success of fundraising campaigns.
Execute sales activities with a focus on driving eventparticipation and securing support for our charitableinitiatives.
Utilize varying sales strategiesincluding phone inperson and email communication to facilitatesales presentations and drive commitment fromprospects.
Create customized pitches tailored todifferent audiences and effectively communicate the organizationsmission.
Use a strong ask orientation to drivesales tactics and achieve leadmeasures.
Qualifications :
Proventrack record of business development success and a robust networkof prospects.
Ability to conceptualize and buildcompelling pitch presentations and stewardshipstrategies.
Strong sales orientation withexperience in sales account management andmarketing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a beliefin our mission to support childrens charities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto engage diverse audiences.
Strongorganizational and project management skills with a resultsdrivenapproach.
Experience in managing relationshipswith internal / external stakeholders andagencies.
