Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, responsible for credit granting within personal, agricultural, commercial, and mortgage areas.
• Interview clients, assess creditworthiness, and authorize or decline loans based on established criteria.
• Analyze financial statements, operating cycles, profit levels, cash flow, and other factors affecting loan viability and risk.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services, participating in branch campaigns to promote loan growth.
• Establish and maintain member and non-member relationships to enhance the branch's profile.
• Conduct systematic collection procedures and recommend actions to ensure fund safety and manage delinquency ratios.
