Fleet Asset Performance Specialist

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Fleet Asset Performance Specialist on a permanent basis on our Fleet Services team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Edmonton, AB .

This position is both tactical and operational, focused on ensuring the short to mid‑term asset performance of FCL’s cross‑commodity fleet equipment with respect to equipment safety, regulatory compliance, reliability and environmental sustainability.

What you’ll do :

• Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to safety through demonstration of behaviours, actions, discussions, decision, risk manager and other opportunities on a daily basis.
• Drive execution of FCL’s Fleet Maintenance Program to ensure that required equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs are completed within defined intervals and complies with applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulatory requirements and corporate policy.
• Coordinate and schedule both in‑house and third‑party inspections and repairs to fleet assets with a focus on increased value and operational efficiency.
• Support execution of FCL’s Fleet Asset Renewal Program across Petroleum, Merchandise, and Lumber commodities.
• Fully collaborate in the execution of internal and external audits.
• Ensure records for all FCL commercially registered vehicles are in compliance.

You will work closely with the Transportation operations management teams, Lease Operators, Fleet Safety & Compliance team and local Co‑ops.
