They are seeking a visionary Marketing Director, SaaS to lead our brand strategy, drive growth, and elevate our market presence with primarily supporting initiatives tied to our SaaS business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, data‑driven decision‑making, and team leadership.

You’ll oversee all marketing functions from digital campaigns to product launches and ensure our brand resonates with stakeholders across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing marketing team across digital, content, brand, and communications.
• Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and media outreach.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
• Flexibility to handle emerging priorities and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
• Supports cross‑functional initiatives and participates in tasks outside primary scope when necessary.

Salary range - $100-$110k CAD.
