Technical Business Analyst
What will you work on?
Reporting to the Manager, Professional Services, the Technical Business Analyst is an effective communicator and detailed planner, who will work on gathering requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution.
You will work with a team dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering quality customer experiences. You should be comfortable and confident in navigating our platform, and you can maximize existing applications and integrate them into an existing business process, troubleshoot issues, and support implementations.
You would support our product solutions packaged implementations; this would include contributing to refining the implementation journey and gaining a strong understanding of the Clariti software to support the implementations.
You will also be engaged in Clariti partner implementations by supporting or leading discovery and analysis workshops, constructing a strategy and proposed architecture, completing configuration, executing testing, and training.
In addition, you will gain extensive experience in analyzing organization processes converting business workflows to support the business requirements.
As a Technical Business Analyst at Clariti, you’ll get to :
- Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality to ensure efficient software solutions for the client’s needs
- Identify and document business / technical requirement specifications for specific software design / development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes using Clariti best practices.
- Configure and modify templates, workflows, users, roles and profiles on our platform
- You may serve as the Clariti Software expert for one or more existing clients, ensuring their requests and needs are captured and executed on
- Ability to organize, communicate and articulate the solution to the customer and implementation team
- Maintain communication with customers and partners, and internal Clariti teams to overcome challenges and ensure design objectives are met
- Support analysis and discovery sessions, business process design, high-level requirements definition, scope definition, testing and UAT, training and deployment
- Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity
- Share best practices with Product Management, Technical Support, Sales, and Marketing to enhance implementation methods and implementation value proposition of the company
What you bring to the team?
Required Skills
- Salesforce.com Admin Certification with experience at other Salesforce consulting firms where you contributed to a new instance of Salesforce implementation and configuration
- Four-year college degree or comparable work experience
- Hands-on configuration experience
- Able to interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer interviews
- Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners / system integrators
- Experience working in an Agile or modified-Agile environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
- Understanding of data migration methodologies to assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel
- Domain knowledge in Public Sector (e.g. Community development, Business licensing, Permitting, Payment integrations)
