Job description

Tasks

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for contractors (at the counter, by phone, and via email).
  • Entering order data according to customer needs.
  • Providing project estimates and preparing quotes.
  • Completing technical documents.
  • Selecting and ordering equipment.
  • Assisting customers with technical issues, then redirecting them to the necessary resources.
  • Completing customer call tracking sheets in the SAP system.
  • Processing the receipt, shipping, and tracking of various orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Handling and processing customer merchandise returns.
  • Supporting external sales representatives in their tasks.
  • Always adhering to the company's established health and safety standards in the performance of duties.
  • Participating in any other related tasks for the smooth running of operations.

  • Job requirements

  • DVS in refrigeration, DCS in building mechanics, bachelor’s in Engineering with a building concentration, or any other related training.
  • Two to five years of experience in a similar position (sales, customer service, or HVAC-R technical field).
  • Availability during peak season to work some additional hours.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral.
  • Driver’s licence (mandatory) and forklift operator card (asset).
  • Familiarity with MS Office software suite.
  • Ability to perform light manual handling tasks.
