Overview
Brandt Tractor Ltd. is currently seeking a Territory Manager – Compact Construction Equipment for our Windsor Construction & Forestry location. The Territory Manager is responsible for selling new and used compact construction equipment within an assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role focuses on developing business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales goals to grow revenue and market share.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned AOR.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.
- Promote Brandt’s compact construction equipment line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
- Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance departments to provide integrated solutions.
- Monitor customer operations and changing requirements to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer status reports, call activity, prospect lists, and opportunity tracking submitted weekly.
- Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators.
- Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly.
- Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Highly self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Benefits
