As an Office Assistant you are the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, performing general office duties, general administrative support, and marketing. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, willing to work with all personalities, have exceptional communication skills, and have excellent time management ability.

- Experience in an administrative / reception role
- Experience with multiple computer software applications

Greet customers, take orders and messagesGain working knowledge of sign products for inside salesAnswer telephone and email enquiriesOpen and distribute regular and electronic incoming mailSchedule and confirm customer appointmentsOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryShipping & receiving of supplies and materials, maintain tracking spreadsheetsMaintain and manage filing systemsCoordinate customer pickupsClean bathroom and front officesSocial Media posts and updatesMonday to Friday 8am-4pm (35 hours / week)
