JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Mechanic is to effectively support daily production packaging or manufacturing operations and to maintain equipment in proper working order.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will perform set‑ups or product changeovers of equipment when necessary to support the daily Production schedule.
• You will troubleshoot and repair Production packaging lines in an efficient and safe manner as needed to minimize downtime.
• You will perform preventative or predictive maintenance program for Production filling and packaging equipment and / or Bulk Manufacturing batching (compounding) equipment. Complete necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• You will support efforts to measure and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for primary filling and packaging equipment.
• You will provide effective communication with peers and management, ensuring company goals and objectives are supported.
• You will facilitate and support a safe working environment and maintain all safety certifications and training requirements, including lock‑out / tag‑out.
• You will perform other related duties as assigned.

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
