Equipment Operator

BRT Construction is seeking experienced individuals that are interested in joining our team as an equipment operator to operate backhoe, trackhoe, and drill equipment.

Operators are expected to : Be comfortable; loading trucks, finish grading, working around shallow and deep utilities, working on slopes, work in urban and rural settings, and working around live utilities

Operate and have had experience in John Deere 310 backhoes, trackhoes (88, 120 and 200), 35 mini excavators, skid steers, Ditch Witch Trenchers, and Ditch Witch Directional Drills.

Are mechanically inclined

Have a valid driver's license is required

Have First Aid, C.S.T.S., H2S, Fall Protection W.H.M.I.S., Confined Space, and Ground Disturbance are assets but are not required.

Take direction and are comfortable completing tasks without supervision

• Previous shallow utility experience is helpful but not required to apply.
