Job Description

The Maintenance Technician (Journeyman Millwright) will safely maintain and repair production equipment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. The role involves troubleshooting maintenance scenarios—from reactive breakdowns to preventive and predictive cycles—while applying a solid understanding of LOTO processes, 6S, LEAN culture, FLHA's, and JHA's. The candidate will maintain a professional demeanor with minimal supervision and communicate effectively among all teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities. Equipment includes :
• Electrical equipment : facility wiring, generators, sub‑panels, junction boxes
• Mechanical equipment : cranes, doors, plumbing, HVAC systems, compressors
• Production equipment : injection machines, sandblasters, ovens, autoclaves, saws, welding equipment, product testing apparatus (electrical and hydraulic)
• Perform adjustment and repair of items as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance to detect early signs of failure or maladjustment.
• Communicate and listen to operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure production readiness of all machines.
• Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and handbooks.
• Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
