Overview

About the role : Consumables Associate

You will greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist with product location and purchase decisions , and resolve basic customer issues or refer them to management when needed. Your customer service skills will drive satisfaction and repeat visits.

On the salesfloor, you’ll maintain presentation standards by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or expired goods, and setting up modular displays. You’ll also handle claims and returns, secure high‑shrink items, and follow all safety and company procedures.
