We’re looking for an experienced Woodlands Operations Supervisor for our Southern Interior Woodlands Division . The Southern Interior Woodlands Team manages Tolko's tenure and fibre supply in the Southern Interior of British Columbia, covering an area of , hectares.
We are dedicated to sustaining these areas to the benefit of all who live and work there.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :
- 5+ years community and stakeholder engagement experience;
- A proven commitment to safety;
- Strong time management and communication skills ;
- A passion for facing new challenges and new perspectives;
- A general knowledge of the BC Forest Industry

In this role you will :
- Work with the Woodlands Department and a broad range or community and rural stakeholders to help foster collaborative solutions and understanding.
- Interact with various teams and build strong relationships with the people you work with.
- Support Tolko’s objectives for safety, environment, production, cost and quality .
- Perform work both in office and in the field .
- Regular travel across the southern interior of BC in the communities of Barriere, Kamloops, Kelowna, Merritt and Vernon.
