Job descriptionExperience with applying machine learning or computer vision to real-world problems. Able to grasp basic Computer Vision concepts and techniques. Coding in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow (at least one) OpenCV, mobile app development, photo editing (e.g., Photoshop), image / video generation AI (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux) is an asset Academic research experience for example, participation in paper publishing is an asset
Huawei Canada has an immediate 8-16-month Co-op opening for a Researcher role.
About the job
- Research and develop state-of-the-art technology in computer vision and machine learning.
- Work on various video / image understanding and synthesis tasks in using cutting-edge deep learning and computer vision techniques.
- Take into consideration of the mobile computing constraints for the of algorithms and machine learning models.
