We are currently looking for (13) Bilingual CustomerService Representatives for one of our clients in the insuranceindustry.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $25.04.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime (37.50 hoursper week).
Hybrid Work : 2 remotedays and 3 office days (Tuesday toThursday).
Training : 20 days onweekdays in a virtual environment from 9 am to 5pm.
Weekday Shifts : Rotatingbetween 8 am to 12 am.
WeekendShifts : Rotating between 9 am to 9pm.
Weekend Rotation : Changesevery 3 to 4 weeks.
AdvancedNotice : Work schedules provided 3 to 4 weeks inadvance.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for responding to technical and Group Disability Claiminquiries via phone and email.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and externalclients.
Communicate effectivelywith plan members and plan sponsors in a composed and professionalmanner.
Retrieve relevantinformation from various systems.
Investigate and resolve inquiries within specifiedtimelines.
Manage sensitiveissues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold theconfidentiality of private personalinformation.
Offer technicalsupport for online claims submissions including password resets IDassistance andtroubleshooting.

Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills (oral andwritten).
Strong interpersonalskills team player.
Strongattention to detail.
Wellorganized and able to prioritizework.
