New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Clinical Analyst to help our client with an extensive range of enterprise and site-specific healthcare and business applications information systems and technologies that need to be made operational on large facilities projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide services with a focus on patient care practice, standards of care, scope of clinical practice and overall site / service clinical operations.
  • Work closely with clinical teams, both direct patient care and clinical support, in the analysis of care practices, patient flow, and clinical workflow.
  • Determine the way the healthcare applications systems are to be configured and deployed to address clinical and patient care needs.
  • Understand the current and new intended modes of clinical practice and workflow in the new building / spaces.
  • Provide working knowledge in relation to computer technology, clinical change management / transformation and / or project management, clinical requirements definition (standards, data, operations).

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Analyst.
  • 5+ years of experience representing clinical operations / practice on large-scale complex systems and technology projects.
  • Experience on clinical transformation projects.
  • Training and experience in a clinical or clinical support discipline, such as nursing, RRT, pharmacy, or allied health, is preferred.
  • Construction project experience preferred.
  • Full service clinical informatics experience.
  • Collaborator / team player experienced working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Seasoned intuitiveness about personal and team productivity.
  • Ability to turnaround work in quick order and relatively good quality (minimal avoidable rework).
  • Work effectively under time pressure.
  • Works independently, self-motivated, works without supervision
  • Prepared to take initiative.
  • Prepared to make long-term commitment.
  • Flexibility to be re-assigned in response to shifting priorities and needs across Capital Projects.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of technology partners.
