Important Note- This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days / week in the office.

Participate in supply chain projects and initiatives focused on developing new or enhanced solutions for data intensive problems.

Provide analytical support for Supply Chain teams including collaboration with business subject matter experts. The role will provide analysis and quantitative models as part of cross-functional process improvement projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the planning & demand fulfillment processes in support of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and in alignment with the business's objectives.
  • Responsible for development and deployment of necessary dashboards and reporting
  • Leverage data and technology to analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative data to help support the business and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analyze changes to the SC network, LTP in Finished Goods & Raw Material inventory to drive annual cost reductions, cost control, or improved performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal partners Supply Chain, Operations, BI Team and SAP team in order to build effective reporting and analytical tools and dashboards.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by supervisor
  • Support Supply Planning and Master Data teams to maintain master data in SAP
  • Support the network design analysis & recommend transformational and / or incremental network improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management or Business Management or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year experience in a supply chain or business role will be preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Power query / pivot. Microsoft Access is an asset. Basic coding knowledge is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with SAP, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL
  • Developed problem solving and prioritization skills that will be demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of assignments.
  • Foundational knowledge of IBP, S&OP, Production / Materials / Demand Planning and physical distribution concepts.
  • APICS designations or working toward.
