Your role :

• Coordinate and execute financial due diligence for transactions
• Deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory services
• Collaborate with Baker Tilly’s full-service diligence team and engage with multiple stakeholders
• Analyze information memoranda, business plans, and public data to assess target businesses
• Prepare quality of earnings reports and highlight key issues, risks, and valuation impacts
• Identify integration considerations and price-sensitive factors for clients
