Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join the clinical team in Campbellford. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and their families throughout the care journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care to patients
- Accurately and safely administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and assess patients, documenting clinical data and progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
- Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary rounds, and case discussions
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Active RN license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
- Effective time management and critical thinking skills
- Experience in patient and family education is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$51.63 per hour
