F&B Server

Responsibilities :

• Provide immediate service and deliver efficient, accurate service to members in a professional and friendly manner
• Strive to exceed service standards while working in a team service environment
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of all menu offerings and be confident in recommendations and suggested add-ons
• Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
• Contribute to banquets and events setup, execution, and tear down
• Complete additional duties to ensure the next shift is setup for success
• Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission

Additional Details :

These are full-time and part time positions that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.
