Tasks
- Supervise a team of 6 finance professionals and ensure the quality of their work;
- Validate financial operations;
- Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports with the budget sector;
- Perform General Ledger account analysis;
- Write accounting statements;
- Approve bank reconciliations;
- Monitor cash flow management;
- Perform end of period and end of fiscal year work;
- Use different financial software;
- Prepare the year-end audit file;
- Provide necessary assistance to external auditors;
- Perform complex financial management work analyses and calculations;
- Design, analyze and provide professional techniques related to financial and statistical accounting operations;
- Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Science (or similar field);
- Member of the Order and CPA title (required);
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management;
- Experience in the health sector (an asset);
- Bilingualism is essential in order to handle all files.
