Cleaver-Brooks Canada Packaged Boiler Systems , a leading manufacturer of boilers and energy recovery systems, has an immediate opening for the following office position at their facility located at 161 Lorne Avenue, West, Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Electrical Submittals Designer

Salary Range : $65,000–$75,000 CAD per year

Job Summary…

As an Electrical Submittals Designer you will prepare complete sets of electrical drawings using conventional drafting tools such as AutoCAD Electrical.

Your Responsibilities…

• Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.
• Prepares complete sets of electrical drawings
• Maintains proper documentation and database changes.
• Prepares final drawings and supplementary information necessary to complete assignments, select required information from precedents, manufacturers, catalogs, and technical guides.
• Interfaces with internal staff as well as customers, agents, or vendors regarding technical issues pertaining to parts, design, usage, specifications, etc.
• May perform design work generally limited to complex layout of equipment based on standards and established practices with assignments designed to develop increasing knowledge of product application.
• May establish or modify product documentation system to simplify and automate the process.
• All other duties assigned.

Do you qualify…

Education :   2-3 year Degree / Certificate in Technical field preferred or relevant work experience.

Experience :   3 years to less than 5 years preferred; proficient using computer software AutoCAD Electrical.
