Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Health Information Services responsible for a diversity of Health Information Services functions including : patient pre-registration patient registration bed control health record culling death processing Drug Program Information Network (DPIN) retrieval / Client Registry search chart management late report processing chart assembly and report generation / dissemination.

Experience

• Experience in a Windows environment essential.

Education (Degree / Diploma / Certificate)

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
