Our client, a well-known company, is currently looking for a lawyer with 4 to 7 years' experience in civil and commercial litigation.

YOUR ROLE :
Among other duties, the successful candidate will :
- Handle varied and attractive files in the field of real estate litigation;
- Manage risks and issue legal opinions related to the company's operations;
- Collaborate with various players in the real estate and construction sectors to ensure the successful completion of innovative projects;
- Act as a point of contact in litigation for the company's external and internal resources, offering appropriate advice to various departments such as construction, property management, marketing and sales;
- Implement and execute internal company protocols, etc.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Bachelor's degree in law;
- Member of the Quebec Bar;
- Experience in civil and commercial litigation : mortgages, special requests, service and business contracts, etc. ;
- Good knowledge of contracts, such as CCDC and ACC (an asset);
- Ability to express oneself and write in two languages;
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to detail; Good organizational skills;
- Excellent work ethic;
