Position Overview :
Our client in SE Edmonton is seeking a MDU Sales Specialist. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for negotiating MDU ROE (Multi Dwelling Unit Right of Entry) with property owners, Homeowners Associations (HOA), and Property Management Companies. These agreements will allow contractors and developers to install telecommunications cable and equipment in the MDU building or HOA, extending to individual apartments and units.Conduct proactive cold outreach to homeowners’ associations, condo boards, landlords, and property managers to establish initial contact and open conversations.Introduce the company and its associated end-user service provider, clearly explaining who they are, how they operate, and the purpose of the engagement.Deliver consistent, scripted messaging that clearly communicates the network’s value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of a locally operated business, strong local customer service, and high-quality, reliable infrastructure.Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with key decision-makers to further discuss access and deployment opportunities.Lead initial meetings independently, demonstrating confidence and ownership of the relationship from the first interaction.Participate in follow-up meetings alongside a partner when additional support, technical detail, or executive presence is required.Negotiate and secure Right of Entry (ROE) sign-offs, focusing solely on obtaining property access approval rather than closing a full sales agreement.Engage directly with property owners and stakeholders onsite to build rapport, address concerns, and advance discussions.Re-engage contacts who have already been approached in the past, building on prior conversations and existing familiarity.Navigate and work within environments where most prospects already have established relationships with other vendors.Manage and prioritize outreach across a territory representing approximately 6,000 residential units.Respond confidently to basic technical and infrastructure-related questions, escalating more complex issues to internal technical resources as needed.Must Have Qualifications :
1+ year of sales or customer service experienceWarm, open, and welcoming personality; non-intimidating communication styleStrong relationship-building skillsBasic Microsoft Excel skills, must be able to create reports and perform simple data entry tasks.Like To Have Qualifications :
